Bahan:

• Plain yogurt 100 cc

• Susu 200 cc

• 10 buah strawberry, pisahkan dari daunnya

• Gula secukupnya

Cara membuat:

Masukkan semua bahan kedalam mixer dan campur sampai rata. Sajikan dengan memberikan whipped cream dan daun mint diatasnya.
(untuk 2 orang)

*susu dan yogurt mempunyai kandungan kalsium yang tinggi yang bisa menguatkan gigi dan tulang. Strawberry juga dapat berfungsi sebagai antioksidan (hehehehe akunya juga suka banget sih ma buah yang satu ini). So... minum ini tiap pagi yah.. :D
